The sexiest girl in gaming i've seen in games is Ivy of Soul Calibur. No, I am not posting a picture, google her. you'll probably find her in less then the games ever had her in.

Hottest I've seen is Chihiro Fushimi, of Persona 3 Fes. For personal reasons, but realistic is sexy.

1) Admittedly Miranda Lawson has an unbelievable ass but Samara is way prettier. On the subject of the Asari, BTW (puts on asbestos suit) Liara has always looked strangely mannish to me.

2) Sophitia is cute but Ivy is the epic sex goddess of Soul Calibur. Armored arm + sentient extending whipsword + homicidal lunatic = win. If you must have somebody wholesome then what about Seong Mina? She's every bit as hot as Sophitia plus she's got a naginata for bonus awesomness.

3) Chloe is way hotter than Elena.

What can I say but I'm a sucker for a girl who is both in shape and has a realistic shape.

Also, question to the Miranda fans: do you not find something kind of wrong with her face? Weird proportions and a very off smile are what I typically notice. So okay, alot probably aren't looking at her face but I've always found it to have a (somewhat characteristically) overly-engineered look to it. Like you see on some celebrities who have had too much plastic surgery.
