Gaming is my hobby, I love it, and the escapist is one of my favourite gaming news sites. So I tend to visit at least once a day just to see what's going on.
I don't go on it everyday. I've been here for 3 months and have recently started to become more active around the site. Every wednesday makes my day... You can probably quess why.

I pretty much always have an escapist tab open on my computer if I'm home. Also, I've spent the last week or so going back and watching ALL of the Zero Punctuations, Escape to the Movies(es), and Unskippable's. Yep, I think that pretty much sums it up.
I like The Big Picture, Escape to the Movies, Extra Credits, and Yahtzee. I usually check out the active threads whenever I'm watching those shows. Other than that I don't visit too often.Omey said:

Quite addicted seeing how it on top of my favourite websites list and it's the first site I check when I turn my PC on.
It's almost always up, with the rare exception of me waiting for an RP to get some steam, or I want to go play some 360. Pretty much up whenever the computer is.
Not at all. I have only 1021 post and I've been a member since 10th of November 2008. I guess I'm an old timer when it comes to the Escapist, but I've never been addicted to it. A large majority of my posts have been from RP's. But even they've dried up now, if you're lucky enough to catch an enjoyable one from the start, then I recommend them.
Put it this way. I woke up at 9am to go skating, went out at 10am and came back at 11am. Since then I've been on The Escapist, in between gaming and visiting other sites. I may not have posted a lot, but I've been on: reading, watching, waiting.
I go on it a lot, but in small bursts. I'll open it up, click a few threads that seem interesting, read them a bit, occasionally post, then close them out one by one until there's none left. Then I do something else. I do this incredibly often though.
I am usually on the website once a day, but when I can get on, i'm usually on all day. I love keeping up with the articles and the forums.

*Turn on my computer.
*Click on Chrome icon.
*Check my email.
*Open The Escapist - here depends on the day of the week, normally I stay for 30 minutes before moving along to do other things, I read some news, comment something irrelevant and stupid on the forums and move along. If I have time, I read one of the longer articles or watch the new episode of the series that's been aired that day. After that, at night, when I get to home, I watch a bit more of The Escapist, keep up with the news of the day and if it's late at night, I lurk through the forums to read and comment on anything that catches my attention.
So, yup, quite addicted to it.
