My little injury can't compare to anything already posted, but anyway...
I got a mini-fracture on my left pinky finger while playing volleyball and the doctor decided to put my entire arm in a cast.... It was pathetic to tell people that the only reason I had a cast going half way up to my shoulder was because my pinky was *partially* broken.... >_<

well my sport is wall climbing and once i fell and saw my leg lying in a way that it normaly shouldnt

and me and some friends went sleding,(i was 12) and we went of a pretty high hill (about 20 meters), my friend went of first when he came to the "normal" ground the sled broke in half .but he kept going right into a ditch. whe pulled him out he was crying, so whe told him he was a pussy and stuff. later whe found out that he had broken both his arms.
whe felt pretty bad(but still tought it was funny:p)

ive broke my right arm thrice and fractured the left once, and still to this day i have very sensitive arms.

ive also tried several times where i bumped my elbows into the corners of a chair, hitting the spot where it bulks a little inwards, causing my arm to feel like its been hit by napalm.

Dropped a brick of my foot as a kid - broke my big toe and lost the nail
Also slashed my thumb open with a chisel by accident although I didn't feel that one...

I fractured my skull when I was about four and almost severed my thumb with a chisel in woodwork class at school. The scar is still a good conversation starter.

At a state fair my dad accidentally hit me in the head with a sledgehammer. Though it only took a few stitches, he still feels like a dick after all this time (I was 6 at the time - now I'm 22.)

I'm actually grateful, 'cause y'know chicks dig scars.

I fell ten feet from a tree onto frost ontop a sidewalk, landing directly on my elbow, with my fist driving into my gut.

Ow.....

I thought the crack was just the ice until I realized it was agonizing to bend my arm.

Not much:
The steering wheel from my bike once punctured my head, well not the skull, when I was 7 or something. It fell of a cart, right on my forehead, screamed so hard the whole neighborhood was standing around me. 5 Minutes later I was sulking on a chair at home, with a big bleeding wound on my head, bitching about how I wasn't allowed apple juice. 10 Minutes after thát, at the docter, I tried to make a run for it because the docter wanted to poke a syringe IN the wound, o my how did I scream.
A mollusk sliced open the squishy part right under my kneecap, almost a square wound (2 cm deep, 2 cm wide), stitched without sedation!
Broken my elbow about 2 years ago when I fell with my bike, but I still biked home! Well I had to, I lacked a cellphone.
Last year I stomped the ground out of anger só hard, because I was having a...heated argument with my dad, it was pretty swollen and stiff for about 3 weeks and I limped for just as long. Better then hitting my dad with so much force, I doubt I was typing this to you guys right now then :p Also hitted the wall and door once for the same reasons. The door now has a nice hole in it, and when I hitted the wall something cracked and I could barely move my middle finger and pinky for weeks. I guess I broke my knuckles, since both knuckles now have an odd bulge on them. Still hurts sometimes.

If wincing generated electricity, I just powered Las Vegas for a day by reading these posts.

I know a guy that was stabbed otherwise randomly in the stomach. He sew himself shut and stayed home few a day or so. and the best part, he didn't let anyone know it happened.

I was a very accident prone child. That and I've always been a take-action-first-consequences-later kinda guy. Split my head open 3 times (stitches) and rode my bike down some (1ft high, each) steps when I was 4 (lost count of all the patching up that had to be done there). It's not such a bad thing really, increasing your pain threshhold.

You know those white lids on top of pool filters? Skimmer box lids I call them, well once I had one of them thrown directly at my head! I had a fracture in my skull, and had to have 10 stitches on my forehead. It was pretty damn painful.

Touch wood. No.

Dunno how, logic dictates that I should have been hospitalized at least 3 instances in my life.

And yet...

Best injury (this didn't hurt amazingly!) was when I got my hand flipped on a belt sander, got pretty nice scarring on my hand from it. Another that didn't hurt was when I got stamped square in the face during a rugby match, plenty of blood but I think I blacked out at the moment of impact and then woke up a few seconds later with blood all over my face and in my mouth.
Most painful ones, snapping my knee (rugby), tore my acl and ruptured cartilage, it was very loud too! Took a knee in my lower back (rugby), couldn't move my legs and was in agony with that. It destroyed a nerve cluster there, so now when I press on the area it is numb, but I get weird tingling sensations in different parts of my back!
