You use conditioner?
If moneys no issue, get top notch hair products and stuff
Or, shave your head
Dandruff just fall right off your head

I get it, in small amount, but I cope

And remember, rinse lather repeat
Always repeat...

Use Head and Shoulders shampoo and conditioner. It's awesome! =D

And make sure you take the time to rinse it all out properly. What appears to be dandruff can sometimes actually be dried flakes of shampoo/conditioner

Head and Shoulders.

I've got eczema which makes my skin really dry, head and shoulders is the only shampoo that doesn't dry my scalp.

You can get it from the chemists. Use it once a week. Drink more water and lay off the soap.

Done.
Drink more water helps?

You can rub your scalp and chin with olive oil once every now and again, I've heard that works. Be sure to shower that off properly though.

Maybe you shower too hot, too long, or too often? Changing shampoo seems like a good idea no matter what.

I wouldn't know meself tbh, I've never had dandruff. But just my 2 cents here :p

Rinse until you can't feel slimy shit in your hair anymore. It doesn't usually take too long, I'm not saying that you need to stand in the shower for 5 hours XD Just run your fingers through your hair and see if it puts up a little resistance. You can tell you've still got conditioner in because your fingers will just slide straight through

Definitely. The reason your skin breaks down is that it's lost flexibility. Caffeine and Alcohol tend to attack this as well. Keep your water levels high and your skin repairs itself quicker.
Soap dries your skin, same problem.
Head and Shoulders is ok, but it's a constant battle. Selsun clears it out good.

Half your body is water so the more hydrated you are the better your skin will be. Also try and dry your hair as soon as you get out the shower to retain the moisture gained from showering.

Eh, I've given up trying to cure my dandruff. No matter how much stuff I use, it never works. Also, washing my hair makes it WORSE. >_>"

Don't wash your hair to much.

Maybe you just have a naturally dry skin.

I got the same problem.

I would just start with a change of brands. For example I know that specific brands and the shampoo/conditioner combos always give me dandruff. I avoid those brands and it is no problem.
Yeah that I figured out.Went to Sport clips the other day I used one of there product that they use when you get the MVP. Used it for weeks as it was getting worse thinking it was just me. Then my brother asked me if I was getting as well.
