For videos, type youtube=(everything after the '=' sign in the URL)in square brackets, then [(end)youtube], so /youtube in square brackets. For pictures, it's IMG=(URL of the picture page on Imageshack or something, I think). But you have to remember to use the square brackets, obviously. I think that's right, though I'm not certain.

I've never had to use that... just [youtube=blah] works fine.
