How do I eMail XBox support

Hello I have bought the season pass for Gears Of War 3, and when I loaded it up today, it didnt offer me the new map pack for free so I though I had to download it manually.
I went onto the marketplace and downlaoded but then I realise its charged me 800 MS points.
On the thing it did say it costs 800 points but being I bought the season pass I thought I would get it for free but no it charges me 800 points instead
I'm quite pissed off to be fair and I know there is no refunds but this is taking the piss how can I contact microsoft and get my points back?

My guess is that there'll be a customer support email on the Xbox.com website, but I don't think you'll get very far to be fair. They'll just say about how it was your fault for not checking about downloading it.

Agreed, unfortunately you have to agree at least twice to confirm a purchase, and you clicked "yes" twice.
