I was on Facebook and i must of press the wrong button cause the all text change size for the whole website and no matter how many times i reupload the page the text would not change back how do i fix this ?

Could be two things. Either you somehow changed the font size of your web browser, which you can fix by going in to the options or as aforementioned, you zoomed in. The latter can be fixed by holding down Ctrl and scrolling your mouse wheel until you find a magnification that suits you.
Most probably zoomed text, although, if you hover over options (the cog on the top right of the webpage, right under where it says "FORUMS" and to the right of your inbox and tiny avatar) a menu pops up and you can find Reading Size there - the default option is the lowest, i.e., the left one.
Alternatively, you can go to browsing options [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/profiles/browsing_options] and check if Font Size is set to Normal.
But try hitting Ctrl+0, likeTopazFusion said, just to be sure.
