How do i save Gothic text in notepad? Unicode does not work

I am trying to save letters and it does not work no matter what i save it as, only displays it as rectangles, i have tried changing to the unicodes in notepad and unchecking the hide fonts option in windows fonts

This may not exactly be what you're looking for, but have you tried Notepad++? It's basically just Notepad but better (and accommodates lots of different fonts, unlike vanilla Notepad), with the same low resource usage but waaaay more options and features.

Put simply, Notepad is shit. If I had to put it not simply, the Notepad is absolute shit. However, with that said, I tried saving "𐌷𐌴𐌻𐍀, 𐍀𐌻𐌴𐌰𐍃𐌴" in Notepad++ with UTF8 encoding but it did not work. I am at a loss why, as this page [http://www.scarfboy.com/coding/unicode-tool?s=U%2b10337] suggests that Gothic text is handled in UTF8. So unfortunately, I cannot help. The only thing I can suggest is using a rich text editor - like a Word processor.
