I'd advice you NOT to take a nap. Personally after an all-nighter I can either not sleep at all or sleep at least a few hours. Even if I put an alarm to wake me up after like 15 - 20 minutes, I'll wake up several hours later. But I guess this doesn't apply to everyoneDopi said:Take a nap.
