How do they do it?

I have seen that the escapist so well embed your steam/xbox live/PSN if you want them too. But how do they do it? I'm currently working on my own little web project, and I'd love to gather my stats like the escapist do. Do you guys know how it's possible?

Not like that, I want to be able to gather my stats on my own website. I kinda have an idea on how it should work, but I have no idea what the code should be like.
