How do you adjust your glasses?

Usually I push them up via the arms, near the lenses.

Does anyone else find that with wiping the lenses, certain types of fabric are completely useless and only make it worse, whereas others (particularly vests) are much more effective?

EDIT: On another optical note, does anyone here have myopia worse than -4.5? I'd just like to see whether I'm the only one.

I do two Horatio cane impressions, one to take it off and one to put it back on. Nobody ever suspected that I was adjusting my glasses!
... although several people have stopped talking to me.

Other than that, I don't really have a method. It differs from time to time.

I too occasionally do the geek method, but I prefer to simply shove them up by hitting the bottom of the lens with the middle joint of my middle finger. That'll learn 'em to fall down.

I vary between at least 4 different methods:

The "classic nerd": index finger up the nose
The "librarian": two hands
The "asshole": thumb up the nose
The "CSI": take them off, then put them back on

I wouldn't normally reply to something like this, as it isn't something that I normally notice, but a girl at Starbucks made mention to me how I adjust them earlier, so figured there must be some kind of karmic, cosmic, "thing," goin' on here, so here it is...

Grasp the left lens, top and bottom (the frame, really, not the lense itself) with thumb and middle finger while hooking the arm with my index finger. According to afore-mentioned Starbucks girl, it makes me look, "creative, with an overly complex charm." Yeah, I don't know what she meant, either. ;)

Same here, but I'll switch around what fingers I'll use to keep things exciting...

Or use both sides to push up my glasses, it depends on how I'm feeling at the moment...

Two way's

1: I use my index and middle finger's in a V-shape and push them up from the bottom of the lenses

or

2: I use my thumb and index to grab them from under the joint's on the side and move them to where they are more comfortable

I throw them on the ground, stomp on them, pull out a a BFG and send them burning into oblivion.
Then I put them back on.

I use my thumb and middle finger to push back the left and right edges back.

Most of the time I use my index finger to push them up by the bridge. Sometimes I use my thumb and first two fingers of one hand to adjust them by the arm close to the lens.

The "Nerdy" style (I don't wear glasses, though, only sunglasses), I use my index finger to push the middle of the glasses.

I grab one joint(usually my left) with my thumb and index finger and correct it.

Lesser used; Pushing it up on the bridge with the upper knuckle of my right index finger.

I try not to look too pretentious, so I always try to adjust them very subtly by the arms (legs? whatever, the things that go on your ears). For a long time I used to do it nerd style like you see in animes, but I realized I looked like a snob, so I stopped.
