I'v been watching civil protection for a while and I wonder which program they use so if you don't mind telling me.

Garry's Mod big time. I like to just mess around; make some funny poses with the models, or create something sweet, you can do just about anything with it.
Civil Protection is basically what happens when someone skilled with G-Mod comes out to kick ass. Ross Scott is by far and away the best G-Mod animator I have ever seen.
The guy behind G-mod Idiot Box is great too, but his animation plays off of the loopy stuff that you can do with G-Mod, while Ross Scott's G-mod videos show what happens when you try to make a whole damn fully animated film from it.

See I came to this thinking this was about like a Half-Life animation. Some kind of tie-in movie or something... shit, that sounded cool.
Mostly G-Mod I'm guessing, it's hard to do but once you get the hang of it... The possibilities are endless!
