Scout the area out with binoculars and get a friend to make a distraction to draw the target out. Then go for the headshot with a very accurate rifle. Get into my aircraft carrier and leave. Also the aircraft carrier will bomb the area to rub it in.

I place a small C4 bomb on a cable that holds a chandelier in place and after one of my targets is assassinated by his coworker with a real gun that I switched from a fake, the other target begins to run to my first and I blow up the bomb killing him by crushing him with the chandelier.

If possible, I use mines, poison, or their own computer systems. If not possible, I'll use a knife (if it's easy to get close) or a sniper rifle/bow (setting dependent).

I stand right in the middle of the room, wait a few seconds, turn invisible, and wait for the poor bastard to enter the room.

Then I line up the sights of my crossbow, and lodge a flaming crossbow bolt right into his mutated cranium.

Bonus points if you can guess what game I'm talking about.

I'd also prefer to have my target try to fight for his life too. There isn't any honor in a stealth kill.
