How do you game?

Do you have any pre-gaming ritual (for lack of a better term)? Do you do anything before you start to play a game? Do you always need the room in a similar set-up? Or do you just play as everything has fallen?

Typically, I'll get a glass of some beverage. And I prefer to sit in one particular seat in my room. I just think it is more designed to play a game.

Not really a ritual , but i do have a spot on the couch where i prefer to sit when i game . I tend to the far left of my couch to see the screen from an angle . I find my perception increases when i do this . I have tested it out on mw black ops games , i do better when i'm at an angle than when i am directly in front the tv.

Original thought upon reading title: With relish...

Proper answer: I'm mostly a PC gamer, and I don't really do much except get a glass of whatever drink is available, make sure some lit is slowly scrolling on my second monitor (don't ask, I just do).

For console gaming, I sit in a different chair (one that's a hell of a lot more comfortable...) and again, just get myself a drink. *shrug*
