Well, just read. If you're depressed, read a book or something. Do relaxing things and try not to stress yourself. I either read, play a game, play death metal music while reading a GameInformer, play death metal music on my guitar, or sleep. Most of the time when I'm really pissed off or depressed, I go to sleep. When I wake up I'm most of the time better.

LOUD music , I suggest Rage Against The Machine then some JET, as when you listen to JET you go into the "ahh fuck it, it doesnt really matter", and adopt the just oh well fucking move on attitude try it, i swear it works, and if your old enough sex, no jokes its scientific.

Don't listen to any of the idiots here; seek professional counseling as soon as possible. It really does help.
Or take out the Vaseline, and Busty Beuties 9000 and get your wank on.

Well he sucked then Bright.

Anyways just go to a psychiatrist and ask for prozac. If you can't get over yourself, take drugs.

wait are you just feeling depressed, or do you actully have depression?

are you sad about any thing, or are you just sad?

well either way one on of best thing you can do is open the blinds and let in some light. try to get out of your house and see what going on in the world. And If you need to stew do it ssome were else other than in roomes of offtin frequent. Bathrooms are for bodily functions, bed rooms are for sleeping and 'intimate fun' living rooms/kitchens are for intertainment.

Just try and get out, but only in places yoru comfortable.

There are multiple ways I deal with depression. These include playing games involving mass-slaughter, break stuff such as old stuff you don't need (wooden chairs work best for me), crying works for me occasionally, but only if I have have a relly sad movie that I can relate too, but the best way to deal with depression, in my opinion, is to hang out with your friends. Hang out, tell some jokes, have some fun, play some games, and ultimately blow off some steam.

Put some chocolate in one hand and a violent video game in the other
But then you would get chocolate all over your game and it would be USELESS!!!
As for getting over depression I have a suggestion: Blow Shit Up(and I dont mean in a video game)
Why are you depressed anyway?

Seriously? I do have some suggestions.

1. Become more physically active. Go to the gym, get outside, go for walks/jobs. Chop wood, etc. I know that it may sound silly to some, but you would be surprised at how well this works.
Our bodies are designed for motion and movement. Sitting inside while depressed is one of the worst things you can do.

2. Spend time with friends. When you are depressed its all to easy to withdraw and lose the friends you've had for years. As much as possible, don't unload your angst on your friends too much; you can also drive them away from being down too much.

3. Get consuling. Many folks scoff at seeing a shrink but if you get the right one, its amazing how much they can help. One of the worst effects of depression is that it messes with your perceptions and how you process your thoughts and feelings. A good therapist brings perspective, and that's critical.

Best of luck, depression can be a very tough obstacle to deal with. Take it one day at a time.

To quote the fountain of wisdom that is Peter Griffon "Come on guys lets go drink till we can't feel feelings."

Or if you'd prefer an actual way of dealing with your depression rather than avoiding it, I'd just advise talking to somebody in person about what is bothering you. They don't have to give you advice or anything but just getting something off your chest makes you feel much better most of the time.

Failing this buy a puppy.

Any of the following;
-sleep
-watch a movie/show online
-eat something
-take a bath
-snuggle with my boyfriend
-scream

Kinda funny when I do them all at once.
