How Do You Inventory? (And, Do You Use Phone Apps?)

While I currently have an excel document I update, I've been lazy as of late.

I was wondering if anyone has an ideas?

Like, a phone app that scans a barcode so you can use the info later or something.

Sometimes I use QR Droid, it scans QR codes and barcodes and turns it into human readable format.
Useful for generating your own QR codes based on text or links or anything else you can fit into the entrybox.
