Lately, I've found a great thing to kill the time - a pencil and a knife/a pair of compasses. Sharpen your pencil for 15 minutes. I think that's going to be my new passion.

Does nobody read these days?
What did you say? I was too busy laughing with Terry Pratchett's "Sourcery".
Good answer. I'm a big fan of Pratchett too.
Too bad he's suffering from Alzheimer... Hopefully, they'll find a cure thanks to his donations. Of course, he's already being treated and there are signs of improvement, but our sir Pratchett might have problems writing another great book.
It will be a sad day for world literature when he dies.
I know a little about Alzheimer's, so I know that a cure is unlikely, but for his (and many others) sake I hope they do, and fast.
Well, Alzheimer isn't as deadly as cancer or tumor. It causes memory problems and makes the process of aging faster.
But hey, there are few things positive. You can treat Alzheimer by being active socially (we are talking about Pratchett... Few millions of people know him and a lot of them met him), training your intelligence (again, Pratchett is one of the most intelligent writers I've seen). Also, he has at least 6-12 years ahead of him, more if they find a cure.
...Stem cells?
It's still a great loss.
