For a single walker, I kick them down, then punch them in the face repeatedly.For a group I use my electric machete, throwing it at the last zombie, as well as a kitchen knife.
Thugs I chop off both of there arms then punch them repeatedly.
Rams I dodge away from them and punch them in the back.
I haven't got to the butcher yet.

MY favourite way is to kick them into pools of water and marvel as the walking, unbreathing dead .. drown.

I'm partial to kicking and finishing stomping them as my two buddies give me cover if there's a horde of them. I tend to save my good weapons for the bigger stuff, and some lighter weapons for the regular guys when time or space doesn't permit a stomp kill.

I also like making them drown, setting them on fire, or watching them twitch when they're electrified. I have a toxic legendary cleaver, but I've never poisoned anyone with it because I rarely use it since I have weapons with a little better reach.

I generally prefer to kick them, then bludgeon them to death with whatever's handy, unless it's a Thug. Then I blow it up.

Electrified Knife thrown into chest, followed by blunt hit to knock them down, removal of knife from body leading to cutting off head or leg.

Infected/ Butchers though its the Wazakashi. Favourite sword, gets a decap in 3 hits or less every time.
