Audiosurf is a music game, it's sort of a mix between guitar hero, tetris and wipEout.

I'd like to know how you guys like to play it, y'know, what music you tend to play on it, what ships, et cetera.

I myself am quite partial to playing Vegas, because shuffling is fun.

The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers theme. 100% of the time. It's the only song I have ever played on Audiosurf. ...Course that was the 1 time I actually played it. So no idea about anything else.

I always play one of the Mono's, normally Ninja, since they don't involve thinking, and I play any song I have that I want to play.

I haven't played it enough to remember the names of the Ships...
I just play the basic one i guess...

But i play anything that comes to mind in my Music Library.
Stuff like Techno to the Metroid Prime 2 theme.

I'm a fan of Eraser, because it means it's a lot harder for me to screw up. Vegas is a lot of fun too, and I'll play mono if I'm looking for something a bit easier.
As for music, that changes pretty frequently. Basically just whatever I've been listening to recently.

It's ten bucks on Steam.

On topic, I generally play the middle-difficulty Mono. Don't care much for the colored blocks, I just want to listen to the music, dammit!

As for songs, usually some metal tune. I was top-ranked for this song for a long time:
It's... Really rather difficult. Much fun, much adrenaline. Ironmode is especially painful.

It depends on the song. I like to choose fast pace songs so sometimes it's either ska or techno for that one. Can anyone say Caramelldansen? But I think I choose the ninja looking one for that.

But my favorite one to play is the one that can switch blocks.

I just played the demo for the first time today and am thinking about picking it up now. Playing with Mono is pretty fun; just sit back, relax and enjoy the music. It's a fun and simple game and I really like how you can use your own music with it.

It's worth every penny.
