How do you undo Firefox Full screen mode ?

Just in case this didn't solve your problem, make sure there aren't any flash games or embedded videos in the tab you have up when you try to do it. Firefox won't switch between regular and fulscreen mode if one of those is active.

I TRIED TO PRESS F11 but it did not work so what do i do now

Put your cursor near the top until the bar appears.
Right click and choose "exit full screen mode"
