I don't want to die. I'd prefer to be immortal. I'm actually signed up with Alcor Cryonics Institute to be frozen when I die in the slim chance that some part of my consciousness may be brought back one day.

I love life and everything in it; I consider death to be the greatest challenge we'll ever know. I realize I'm in the minority here, but you did ask.

I fear death more than anything. I don't want to die, ever. Given that immortality will probably not be achieved within my lifetime, storing my brain in some sort of freezer for post-mortem ressurection seems like my only hope. Still, the crude technology of today may cause irreversible brain damage. So the future looks pretty bad from my perspective. And even if I should survive my biological death, there is always the entropic heat death of the universe to worry about, not to mention the impending death of our native star.

I want to punch whatever I die from, so some sort of physical object is killing me, a tiger or tidal wave or jack-knifing lorry, just to turn at the last second when all hope is lost and punch that sucker.
