How do you work out?

So lately I've become somewhat of a fitness freak. I've always gone out running or biking when I'm distressed about something, but this isn't like that. I actually have some discipline now, and my routine every other day has become this:

3 or 4 sets of triangle pushups, 25 each
2 or 3 sets of regular pushups, 25 or 30 each
3 planks for 1:30 each
2 leg lifts for 1:30 each
and then a 4 mile run.

On my off days of that I normally go swimming and running for a long (hour to two hours) time.

How do you guys train?

I usually walk two to three miles every other day from my college to my house.

Keeps me nice in shape, and keeps my endurance up.

I go to work :p. Seriously though, I work at UPS and I don't work out at home, so really, when I'm lugging boxes around, thats my workout.

I go running for about 30 minutes every evening, rain or shine.

I'm not really interested in working out a lot, but it's a nice and easy way to stay in shape because otherwise I spend pretty much all my time sitting behind a screen (my school, work, and hobbies all require a computer most of the time, so yeah).

I don't have any set routine, mainly because I despise routines. I try and make sure I work out most muscle groups within each week (except legs really, as they don't need it so much). I use a gym and tend to either do two groups in a session or one group and cardio.
