So lately I've become somewhat of a fitness freak. I've always gone out running or biking when I'm distressed about something, but this isn't like that. I actually have some discipline now, and my routine every other day has become this:
3 or 4 sets of triangle pushups, 25 each
2 or 3 sets of regular pushups, 25 or 30 each
3 planks for 1:30 each
2 leg lifts for 1:30 each
and then a 4 mile run.
On my off days of that I normally go swimming and running for a long (hour to two hours) time.
How do you guys train?
