I've played every game on the PS2 and really can't complain about the quality. The controls are a bit clunky but it's playable nontheless. The biggest difference is that (as far as I know) Fatal Frame 3 is PS2 exclusive, so you can't get an Xbox version.Xeros said:Oh, I know. It's the very reason why they are on my "definitely buy" list. I'm having a little trouble tracking them down for reasonable prices though. Lowest I've found them for was $40 a pop, and that's a tad out of my price range at the moment. However, I've noticed that they're cheaper on the PS2, but my assumption is that it's because the PS2 version is of inferior quality. Can you clarify on that?Xerosch said:You should definately check out 'Fatal Frame'. The games have a very unsetteling atmosphere not unlike Silent Hill. In every of the three games you need to discover what happened to a haunted place. Your only weapon is a special camera which lets you see what happened at some places. And then, there are the ghosts... they are 'frozen' in the state they were murdered in and got some really nasty designs. You fight them with your camera - in first person view...Xeros said:So, think of the scariest game you've ever played. Would you go through all of that for the goal ahead, be it to save someone, solve a mystery, and/or save the world?

The Xbox version of 'Fatal Frame 2' has a new ending as addition to the normal two/three but you can look it up on YouTube anyway (the ending just depends on the difficulty you choose).
Fatal Frame 4 is Wii exclusive and hasn't been published outside of Japan. I hear it's due to it's catastrophical glitches and programming. A shame
