How good a deal are used games in your country?

I can only find good deals on used games online. Occasionally, there will be a good game for cheap, but by that time, I will have already had the game. Where do you people get deals like $10 for AvP2?

I think used games are pretty much a rip off anywhere, unless the game is at least 5 years old.

So i was at gamestop one day and i saw Halo:CE for $15, used... well, a couple days later i was at best buy and i saw Halo:CE for $10, NEW!!! that really pissed me off
