How have you abused the ability to name your main character in a game before

I once named Link "Queef" in Minish Cap
This was specifically for one moment in the game: This old man says "Queef? That's a great name!"
And i also named my character in Phantom Hourglass that as well, and a fortune teller told me it was a name that meant i was courageous and selfless

I once named a character beesBeesBEES! so that all of the NPCs sounded like they were being attacked by a swarm of insects!

Other than that... only silly names... Spifflicated, AdhesiveTape, Burritoman, and Shadowpants being a few of them.

I named a character in F3 'Tatty Bojangles'. I was bored so there he was, Tatty Bojangles, the most evil person in the Wastes, possibly because of his name.

I decided to go the whole hog and name mine "Satan". Apparently Satan's dad thought the name suited him very well.

I never liked screwing with names. I dunno, sometimes I take games too seriously.

But this friend of mine once named Amarant from FF9 "Homo". He then introduced himself to the party: "They call me the Flaming Homo".

My friend and I laughed so hard that day. =D

I usually name him "Fart".

All the time, but it's especially fun when you make it part of a sentence.

Like, go play Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess again, name Epona "your dick" and enjoy.

"You got the horse call! Illia made this just for your dick! Set it to X or Y and use it to play your dick's favorite song!"

I went to a friend's house and played Twilight Princess. Being as bored as I was, I named Link "******" and Epona "Yercock".

"Hey ******, I washed Yercock for you!"

I also regularly play Unreal Tournament under the name "Your_mother".

What about "Yourself." or "AIDS."

I used to play under the name Colon_Cancer.

Definitely, usually when I play RPGs--things like Mr. T, Muffin Man, FACE, Ice *****, Catbag, ecetera, ecetera.

Oh my god, these were all so funny to read. xD I mostly abused my pokemon and Animal Crossing things. Like, Ursaring was Pedo-bear, Starraptor was KFC, persian was Looongcat, houndoom was courge-wulf, and I think Pikachu was fartnocker.

My name in AC was A n****r, one of my animal's sayings was "IT'S AWWWWIGHT!"

Nope. I pride myself on being able to come up with good names that are appropriate for the character and setting.

It's neat when name abuse is creatively prevented. In Baldur's Gate, I think, if you named your character Drizzt Do'Urden, the real Drizzt showed up and killed you.
