I lost mine Wednesday, and so far I've been too lazy to look for it(it isn't a smart phone). So... a while?

I don't have any other phone, so I tend to have mine nearby for emergencies.
But my usage varies greatly from day to day. I can, strictly speaking, put down my phone and leave it down. And I'm one of those weird people who wears a watch when I'm out, so I don't even strictly need it to tell time.

I go for days on end without using it, most of the time it isnt even charged, and when it is, it's on silent. I check it every now and again to see if I have a text, or if I have missed a call (Which I dont almost all of the time), but I hardly ever use it. I like to keep it on me just in case, y'know, just for emergencies or when I need to get into contact with someone desperately, as that is what a phone is for, but Im not on a contract or anything, and the thing is so old that it came with a MySpace app as standard.
Unless I feel that my phone vibes in the pocket, I don't look at it at work. That's 8 hours everyday.
During the start of the summer I went to my grandfathers cottage, there the battery ran out in 2 days and then 3 before I got home to load it.
But yeah, during days I work there's a 8 hour gap when I don't look at the phone. A normal day? I carry it with me in the pocket so I hear it if something happens, which means if I've been separated from it (in another room or something) I usually open it up to check it, but otherwise there can be days when I don't use it all except to put the alarm for the next morning before I go to bed.
Then again days when people call or text a lot I can't go 30 minutes without using it.

It varies, I tend to ignore my phone while at home or while out. My phone is mainly used for confirming footy matches with friends, seriously 90% of messages on my phone are "you playin this week?" and "yeah". However when I'm work it becomes more vital than oxygen. I went on my break the other day and left my phone at my desk, I felt completely lost without it to check up on things on the internet and stuff.
Only check the time on it from time to time and call my best friend, overall I use it pretty rarely. I don't need no fancy touchscreen, my older model Samsung will do.

This may blow some peoples' minds, but I only use my phone. . . AS A PHONE! ok I sometimes text, but I prefer calling. but like Zhukov I could do just fine without one. In fact did for more than 20 years! I actually miss the house phone. with a house phone, don't have to worry about setting it down, going somewhere and then wondering where the heck I left the dang thing, and also can help my find my phone during the many times I do such.
Meh, I can last quite some time, I mostly use it to check how late it is and occasionally kill some time when I got a wifi connection. I only recently got a smartphone and have a really hard time adapting from "cheap-ass Nokia that you can use to call or text people and can last for almost a week without recharging" to "Nokia Lumia smartphone with touch screen, ridiculously small letters (how am I even supposed to type with that???!!!), a bazillion of apps and has to be recharged almost every day".
I kind of feel guilty for using a 250 euro (didn't buy it myself though, my dad passed it to me) high-tech device as a portable alarm clock.

If I'm not busy then not very long. I play with it and text people constantly when I'm bored. It's how I get in touch with my boyfriend considering I barely use Skype.
When I've got nothing better to do, I'd get bored after about an hour or so. If I'm public it's so bad I get horrible panic attacks if I'm not listening to music or playing on my phone so I don't have to deal with people. I've been like that before I had a phone though. The thought of travelling to work without my phone is pretty horrific.

Forever. Seriously, I'd probably dump the bastard in the lake for a twenty; all it does is get on my wick. Vodafone can kiss my ass, I'll use a land line if I want to talk to somebody.

As of right now I don't even know when it my phone died or how long it's been dead.
The only reason I got a smart phone was because I needed a somewhat decent camera for classes and I didn't want to carry one everywhere. Hardly use it for communication. Main feature that really got me pysched was that I can use it for music on bus trips and heading to classes in the city.
So, if it magically disappeared, I would probably just shrug it off.
