I'm not sure. I'm going to assume between 7-9 hours. The problem for me isn't how long I sleep, but when I sleep. I just fully woke up, and it's 9:55 P.M.
When everything is stable in my life I have a pre-industrialisation sleep pattern of two 4.5 hour naps interspaced with a brief 10-20min period of reflection while lying in bed usually around 3am in the morning. It's pretty refreshing.
