Usually 15 minutes whenever I feel like it, which averages out to 2-3 times a week.

Not all to organised, mostly just lifting a few weights and doing a few crunches as well some push-ups.

Purpose isn't so much to develop muscles, although that's a positive side-effect (although relatively minor since 15 mins ain't all that long), mostly it's just to quiet my brain down when I start thinking in endless loops.

i don't work out, i do a lot of walking which keeps me in fit enough that i don't need to

I do a couple of 15 minute runs a week. I have a routine 2 hour badminton session on a Thursday night as well...and I pick up any extra exercise I can get here and there too.

I miss the days where I would get up, do some aggressive-inline, go play basketball, then football, then roller-hockey...and that would be the whole day gone.

Three 20 minute runs every week, plus a few minutes of cardio for warm up before my 30 minute workouts 4 times a week. So like every day for about half an hour total on average. If you get into it, it gets REALLY addictive.

If you want to build some you should do some light warm up, then find a few different exercises that focus on the things you want to work on. I usually do one day with chest and triceps where I bench 10 reps and 5 sets before going on to various exercises with 10 reps and 3 sets. Then I jog after I am done.

Usually this takes me an hour an a half combined then close to 2 hours every Friday since I finish up with some swimming.

Mondays and Wednesdays I do 15 mins of cardio and 30-45 mins of weights (not heavy, just lots of reps); only been exercising for about six months, but its definitely made a difference so far.

No more than an hour.

one large muscle group, one smaller muscle group for example Back and Biceps or Chest and Triceps. Its about intensity, time spent in the gym has nothing to do with it, its about time under tension.

I know guys that spend two and a half hours in the gym, doing far to many sets, far to many reps, and far to many exercises per muscle group, but theres no telling them.

Pretty much this, but I also warm up for around 15 min at home, then rush down to the gym (I live 90 sec away from it), do 20 min cardio, then 30-min weights/situps/crunches or benchpress/situps/crunches, depending on what week it is, then 10 min cardio again, then more weights or more bench. Usually end up at a total of 70-80 min workout, stretching not included (nor the warm-up).

I go running for about 20 minutes or so, then another hour or so of lifting weight (with small breaks in between). This averages at about twice a week, though I'm trying to increase it to 3.

A good diet isn't a substitute for exercise...
Well what do you recommend for someone who doesn't have very much time to work out?

I'm 69kg and I never work out =3. Haven't done a single action as intended "workout" since highschool, and I don't intent on starting Oo. Naturally slender X3.

About 10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then about an hour of weights followed by 10 minutes of abdominal exercises to finish off
So overall around 80 minutes

You'll be able to find plenty of at home body weight circuits on the internet. Most should be about 20 - 30 minutes long. While I definitely prefer to be in the gym, with access to extra weight over body weight, those circuits are great for the days that getting to the gym isn't an option, or you just feel like staying home.

OT. If I'm in the gym, a complete session can run anywhere between 30 minutes up to 2 hours. The training methods I follow definitely get me a few looks from the meatheads you get in most gyms, but within a week or 2 of starting a new movement, I start seeing them secretly trying them. It's all about functionality.

Every 20 or 30 minutes or so I get up from my computer and walk 10 feet to my fridge, then back again.

Also once a month I might go for a walk to the library too.

2 hour a day 5 days a week 1h cardio 1 hour weight lifting, summertime the cardio is a bit longer whit the possibility to run outdoors

I do an hour of cardio everyday, in fifteen minute increments with two minute breaks inbetween. I do a full circuit of weights in thirty minutes, three sets of thirty seconds each every other day, medium weight high rep for muscular endurance not strength.

4 times a week
Quick 2km run to warm up at around 9-10km/h
30min weights
1-2km bike
30min weights

and every night as many push ups without fail (Around 70)
and about 200 sit-ups

Well I don't know your gender, but as a guy, I want to be weighing more than 150-160 area. But to each his own.
