How many PS3's or 360's have you replaced?

I've gotten the red rings twice, and I just keep playing with the Xbox. It works fine!

I have two friends whose Xboxes red ringed. I also have 3 friends with PS3s. They still work. All of them. I for one have neither system, although I wish I had one.

well my first 360 wouldnt read disks anymore after about 6 months (it was brand new btw)

when I got it fixed it was fine but it red ringed a little earlier this year.

I've had many other consoles and not one of them have broken

Still on my original PS3, hope to Christ it doesn't break, I love the backwards compatibility too much to get one without it.

On my 2nd 360. Had a second hand one that red ringed about 3 months before the end of warranty and they sent me a brand new one, Booyah.

I do not wish to flame but my PC lasts 7 years, no hardware issues only few system reinstalations. Just small argument for people who say that PC gaming is expansive.

After my 2nd Xbox in less than a year, I decided to buy a PS3. I've had it for 2 years, and haven't had a problem since!

My second ps3(a refurbished one) has just broke "NOOOOOOOOOO!!" i had this one for about 2 years.
Notice how the old consoles didn't break so easy.

I am on my second PS3, the first one lasted for about 3 years though. And I am on my third Xbox 360.

My first PS3's blu-ray laser died. I've lost one 360 to the RRoD and one to the E74. Then again, I got both 360's fixed for free, while it would have cost me over $125 to have my PS3 fixed.

I've had my 360 since a week after launch and it hasn't failed me once. I'm actually scared that it's going to break any day now...
My friends broke 3 times in a year though. It's just down to luck I suppose.

I have the same feeling, but let's see if this can stay somewhat mature.

I haven't had to replace either, but I barely use the 360 any more anyway and I only got a PS3 recently, so my results probably aren't terribly indicative of anything.

I've replaced my xbox twice although it was probably my fault for buying a used first gen model. The second time was also a dying used xbox that only lasted for about a month. I was finally able to return it and get a new xbox arcade that has been working great for two years so far.
