Push ups. 10. I have very weak arms. Got good shoulders but my arms just buckle. I'm working on them though. Sit ups are my thing I can do about 50-60 in a sitting then after 3 minutes I can do them again.
I can probably do 15 or 20 pushups at one time, if I'm really lucky. After that, my arms are pooped.
My 40-yard dash is slow. I can run for quite a while though. No idea how much I can leg press, but it's well over 200lbs. My arms are very weak, but my legs are deadly.
I prefer to do 50 in one go, and then I take a minute break and do another 50, and so on and so forth. I have never tried to see how far I can go doing this, but now, this thread has kind of gotten me interested in doing so.
About 70 at the moment, I've done 130 when I've been a bit more in shape.
Running, well I occasionally do half-marathons (13.1 miles) so that's the furthest I've done so far.
40 push-ups, 20 squats with a 10kg barbell on my back, pretty good for someone as young as me. Where I live you could easily count me in top 20 (maybe even 10) "work-outers" (lol) of my generation.
There was this one memorable time in school when I got 60 in one go, completely baffling my much more muscular friend who only managed to get 40. I was pretty fucking exhausted then.
