I can usually do about 70 pushups before I start feeling sore in my arms. I like to run, and I do half-marathons a couple of times a year, so I'd say I could run about 13 miles before I start feeling really exhausted. And I haven't done any leg presses since I got out of high school (football), but I think my max was around 350... I like to stay in pretty good shape, despite my smoking habit :p

Edit: And my 40 yard dash was 4.68 seconds. i still have my logbook from football practices XD

I haven't slept in 25 or something hours so I feel like jello, and can't be bothered to try.

But I did do 46(pushups) in 30 second's this year.

about 40 pushups in one burst, ( i only bench like 70), I could run probably about a half marathon easily(5:58 is my fastest mile so far, shooting for 5:29 this season)

lets see, for push ups, it depends on what kind. i can do about 60 with my legs up, and about 100 with my legs on the ground (my tae kwon do instructor has us do a lot of push ups). as far as how many miles i can run, it depends on what speed im going at, if im at a jogging pace, i could probably run 10 miles no problem, but at a sprint i am lucky to go 1 mile (sprinting really drains me of all my stamina)

I can probably do like 50-60 pushups at once, my best mile is 4:31, and the longest I've ran is a marathon (26.2 miles). I have no idea about weights though, never go to the gym.

I regularly do 60 everyday.
Bout a week ago I could only do 20 in one sitting. So yeah, I've improved fast.

I can do 5 sets of 20 push ups with 10 second breaks in between, which add up to 100 total. Does that count?

Since I go to a military college, I do push ups all the time.

I've done 100 or so push ups in one sitting... not that I necessarily had to. :p

The main way my school measures how in shape you are is by having a PT test every semester.

2 minute timed push ups
2 minute timed sit ups
and a 2 mile run

Last PT test I did about 100 pushups... you only need 42 to pass.
62 situps... needed 53 to pass
and ran 2 miles in 15 minutes and 30 seconds.... just passed the run by 15 seconds.
I hate running.

52 last time I tried. I'm light, which helps a lot. I could probably do more if I didn't do elevated (it feels more comfortable)

I usually can only do 40 in one sitting. Anymore and I'm stuck trying to stall in push-up position...

50. Maybe a few more but that's how much I needed to do to earn 100% in sports med.

50 good ones then 20 more shaky ones. So 70 (give or take) total. I can only do 5 chin-ups though, so that's sad.
