How Modern Warfare 2's Night Vision Goggles Are Made

i normally dont care about forums but this discussion is interesting..
first, i do think these things will work.. but not MILSPEC type.. just some gadget for nerds and geeks to play with..
second, if they do work to where it can blind somebody (which i doubt it), you really think parents can sue the makers? it is rated M, which i dont wanna state the obvious, is for 18+ years old..
lastly, i am gonna buy it.. for decoration.. not for functionality..
