How much praise should we accept?

No bitching is enough praise.

I mostly play coop and when I do my job, it's ok (no praise needed). If I do my job well, it's ok, but it's still my "job" (again, no praise needed). But if I fuck something up I can take the critique.

So basically I know I'm good at whatever I choose to do (cause I don't choose positions I suck at) and no praise whatsoever can boost my ego any more.

I don't get a praise when it comes to games. I'm nothing special as anyone who showed up for the TF2 events or that I've played with on L4D can testify. I'm not bad, and at times I can be pretty good, but I'm by no means outstanding. I've always been crap at accepting compliments though.
