How patient are you?

How easy is it to get you pissed off? Are you the agitated type that gets annoyed if someone so much as says something about you or touches your shoulder, or can you take quite a lot of slack from people before snapping?

Lets put this on a scale of 1-10, 1 being very patient and 10 being very agitated.

Do people playing loud music annoy you to no ends? Does being teased piss you off? How many times would one have to poke your forehead before you feel inclined to break their finger? :D

--------------

I'd say I'm pretty laid back, I get irritable depending on the extent of what is annoying me, but I can take a joke and even remain calm when being insulted and reply back with a dry, sarcastic insult. I'm not one for getting all hot and flustered and starting fights for small things, though if it involves defending a friend or family, I'd quickly jump in to resolve the issue, first through civilised verbal means and if that doesnt work, physical. I rarely resort to physical, in fact, I can't remember the last time I was in a fight, but I do find I get in arguements quite a bit :D

So I'd give myself a 4

I'd go with a 7
It doesn't take much to annoy me, but it takes quite a bit to illicit a reaction further than a sarcastic or cutting remark.

I'm around a 2. I'm extremely patient but I get irritated easily...

Eh, 8 i'd say, i dont ever react with violence mind, it just festers beneath the surface of my soul and thats where it stays, to cripple me mentally when im 40 :D. Rampant intellectualism is my coping mechanism.

I surround myself with the people i dont hate, and they can say whatever they want and i wont bat an eyelid, its people outside the circle that i stare daggers at, not sure how i decide who is in and who is out, i mean sometimes its obvious, but other times i just get the wrong vibe off of people, they turn out to be scumbags in the end anyway so i trust my senses.

2, I guess. Outwardly, anyway. I rarely let on if I'm annoyed at something. That way when something really pisses me off, people know it without me making a big deal of things.

Depends, really. If I know the sole reason of someone's actions is to try to piss me off, or I'm not really doing anything in particular, I'm usually around a 3 or 4. If not, especially if I'm trying to accomplish something, maybe a 7 or 8.

I'd give myself an 7 or 8. Every week I patiently sit through church with my girlfriend. And for my last job interview I waited 2 hours for my interviewer to arrive (I was on time). Lucky for me, I got the job tho! XD

Patient'O'Meter [---------|-]

Only time I am not patient is when people are in the way during traffic.

2 i'd say, it would take some masterful trolling/annoying, be it on the internet or irl to get me to show any outwards display of anger or anything

that doesnt mean i dont get annoyed, but i just dont really show it

I'm probably a 2 on the scale. I'm very patient for the most part. I may feel agitated at times but I normally do my best not to show it.

Edit: I should state that this is irl. In online games I'm not nearly as patient, probably like a 6.

If I'm not running on on some form of caffeinated beverage, I can be quite patient.

This rule does not apply to Brink.

I can, without any hyperbole, label myself as a 2. It takes an overwhelming effort to irritate me. I think far too positively to let anyone or anything ruin my mood.

I'd say about a 2-3. It takes a lot to make me pissy. Sometimes I can be a little more touchy than others, but everyone has bad days. On average though, it's pretty hard to get me to the point where I'm going to start cracking skulls or something. If it's someone insulting me, I call them out on their originality. It bothers me that people resort to the same lame jokes and whatnot to insult people. Be inventive, at least then I'll get a chuckle out of it.

I don't really like being touched or people getting too close to me, but I'm not going to snap bones because someone bumped me. I don't mind people clapping me on the back or stuff like that if I know them, but I'll give you an odd look if I don't know you. You pretty much have to be trying to cause physical harm to me or those I care about for me to start getting pissy. Then I break bones until you realize that it's in your best interest to stop.

Yeah...I warned my friend about how Brink would frustrate him. He loves the game, but there are times where he wants to smash the controller. He'll rage at the screen pretty hard.

I get frustrated with it sometimes, but it's more in the, "How did I just go down that fast?" and "Where are the medics?" sense of frustrated than any real rage going on.

It depends on the person. If its someone I know then I can be patience but if it is someone I know and hate then the anger boils to the top.

Brink is a lot of fun with friends. I will say that Splash Damage got that formula right. It's so rewarding to parkour up to your sniper-friend's face with a shotgun and nice "SURPRISE!"

I'm a 1 when people are doing things with purpose (A 10 when something horrible has gone wrong and I decide to take action). I've learned to wait after 14 years so it's natural to me (i.e. I allowed a Newfie to punch me simply because he was bored of waiting on someone and I was standing their... patiently. This was Highschool).

Indeed. I don't use shotguns in the game. I stick wih the Rokstedi AR with COGA scope, speed sling, and rapid fire, and the CARB-9 SMG with adjusted iron sights, foregrip, duct tape mags, and down vent muzzle brake.

I do so love to use my "Flank and Shank" maneuver, as well as my "Surprise Asshole!" maneuver. Sadly, the game won't let me use my "Sam Fucker" maneuver, but there will be others for that.

None of your damn business!! Why are you hassling me over my patients?! *throws a chair at a crippled baby*

Well it depends what I'm doing. With ppl I used to get annoyed really easy but I've mellowed out a lot as I got older, if it has to do with something I want, then I want it now! Idc if it comes out in 2 weeks I want it now damn it! Playing video games I'm like Hulk with hemerrhoids though.

I get irritated quite easily but it has to be quite bad before I lose it. I have a good deal of patience, but almost no tolerance, specifically I have 0 tolerance for stupid.
