Audio-Visual Novels. We have to steal that name before movies and TV can!

RPGs and sandboxes can be called Audio-Visual "Choose Your Own Adventure" Novels.

I like it! It rolls off the tongue nicely. "What am I doing? Playing an Audio-Visual choose your own adventure novel!" Quick! Patent!!

Call all online shooters "Gun-crazies swearing contest."

Call all online role playing games "Grid your ass off looters."

Call all games that aren't multiplayer "Solo-epics!"

Call all all other games "whatever you want."

Start calling all video games IMs or IEs, for Interactive Media or Interactive Experience.

Isn't that just being hilariously pretentious?

So is calling comics graphic novels. And they get more respect because of that.
