He had to fly to isreal (on bail i think) or he would get jail time.
5 years ago, they are still looking for him.

Well, heroin is a pretty dangerous drug. Unlike pot, which totally should NOT be illegal by any means. There are bad people out there, and cops don't really want to deal with them. If they can get away with just busting minor offenders, they will. How many times have you been pulled over for a burned out light on your car and harassed for any possible reason? Do you really see ANY good reason that you should be fined for driving without insurance? The fact that there are states where you can get insurance that meets the letter of the 'law' but not actually cover you in case of an accident proves that it is entirely useless.

Alcohol is a MUCH more dangerous drug than weed ever was. The fact is that we were actually stupid enough to ban alcohol for several years, which caused ALOT more crime than it solved. Eventually the US will get our heads out of our asses and legalize pot, which will solve ALOT of petty crime. Just like prohibition, this nonsense of illegal drugs isn't fooling anyone. Only the lame ass cops really care about the 'problem' which is caused by their own insistance that they continue with the same propeganda from 80 years ago.

Also, murder is murder, it doesn't matter if you are mentally handicapped or a child. Oh well, once the Goldenbaum dynasty comes into power it will all be solved.

Stalin had schizophrenia and therefore that means if we had somehow managed to bring him to trial for crimes against humanity he could've beaten the rap under this logic, because that's exactly what Vince Li (the person who did said stabbing and beheading) was suffering from. Think about that for a moment. Plus even better just because you say you heard voices from God telling you to stab, defile, cannibalize and dismember a person doesn't prove anything. As a person who has psychological disorders in his own family I have to say that really, the science of the mind is very inexact at best and I do not believe for a second this man was as crazy as they said he was.

Mostly because a lot of times funding gets shunted to going after the less problematic drugs (marijuana) while not giving enough attention to the real problem makers like herion or cocaine. Of course, whether marijuana should be illegal in the first place is a whole 'nother discussion. One I'm sure we've all heard before. IK, you are one-haundered percent correct, if you cannot avoid the consequences of your actions and are not willing to submit to them, do not take those actions.

Which is why I never carried pot, even back when I smoked. Period.

(Though, in my opinion, juvie is a little harsh for a first offense of less than a gram.)
