Well I always try and add to my threads by responding to certain posts, not every post though. I've never been called a good TC... I do threads concerning what would you do in such and such a situation and if an answer is intriguing I will tell the person their post is good, start a little discussion, possibly see if they want to expand. If a trend emerges I will quote a couple of peeps and ask them why said trend is so popular. Alternatively if someone comes up with an answer that they believe to be full proof I'll try and mention a factor they didn't take into consideration.

Even when I'm not being a bossy boots I like to get involved in my own thread. I wouldn't throw a party just to observe it from behind one way glass... In fact, yes I would, but you get the idea...

No one has ever called me a good TC... What am I doing wrong? Why? Why would you guys (and gals) do this to me? Why?! I only wanted to be loved... :(

I already have the 10k views and 1k replies thread badges, so I can (thankfully) no longer be accused of badge farming.
But there is that 100k views badge...
Yes, sitting there, tempting us with its shininess...

The thing with the 100k views badge though is that, even if you're blatantly trying to badge farm it, you still won't get it.
It just too far out of reach for all but a tiny handful of threads.
Like Forum Games or Role-Playing threads! Only a handful of which actually take off like that. :D

It's always fun to be hopeful, though.

I try to come up with fun and silly threads and serious threads. All pretty much vanish fast.

I don't know a secret. I just post my threads when I think of making them and watch them until they die. Then I send off the next if I have another thread idea.

I guess I've become more of a replier than a topic creator these days.
