Im trying to edit this file for a game but Im unable to read it cause is got this litte squares where the info should be can anyone tell me how to decrypt this file so i can read it!

if you mean the text in the description looks like [][][][][][][][][][], that means the text is written in a language that you don't have a character pack installed for in Windows.

YOu'd have to know the base language in order to download the character pack to display the text. Could be anything from Arabic or Persian Farsi to Cyrillic or Japanese.

They are more square not skinny maybe they are numbers?
