How to set up my PC to Xbox

Okay so I seem to be having a problem here, when I got to my picture library (from the xbox dashboard) it says my PC is not connected (a week or two ago it was) but my windows media center still works so what the heck is going on and how can I fix this?

I have this problem to, My Xbox is clearly connected to my Computer, but noooooooo, the Xbox just says "Nope i aint fucking doing that, piss off" -.-

It will connect to the Windows Media Center just fine but when I click on "Picture Library: Computer" it says my Xbox isn't connected to my computer

UPDATE: Okay NOW it's saying my Linksys is wonky (not working) but it's working just fine and it was perfectly okay just an hour ago

It does that with my music for some reason too it worked just fine three days ago.
