I don't have a clue. I don't know hieroglyphics and there is no convenient start button to give me a clue (yes Microsoft fangirl here, but I don't like 7 for the same reasons).

First, of all how do you get to settings, any settings really. Mostly the mouse settings. It's so insensitive it's next to impossible to use.

Second, how do I browse files?

Third, anything else I need to know. If I run into another problem I'll edit this.

EDIT: How to adjust the windows size in programs and how to copy paste. I'm a complete idiot and noob. I admit it.

At the top of the screen on the left there should be an apple click on it and go to system preference. There it will pop up a new window and give you pictures to change everything. At the bottom there's a dock with a face called finder. That's what you use to look threw folders. It takes a bit of time to get use to everything. Heck if you have a newer mac (snow leapord or leapord) you can use boot camp to run windows. It takes a while to get use to but once you do it becomes easier.
