Right, slightly unfeasible, but technically possible.
Lead box with sides a few miles thick, and set off a few nukes inside him with it in it, one after the other. Have the inside of the box just big enough for him and the nukes. Should work.

make a portal gun, shoot one portal to the moon, get colossus to put him in an airtight chamber and then shoot the other portal in the room just before it's sealed. wolverine dies after 30 seconds of asphyxiation
you would need to obliterate every cell of wolverine to actually kill him, so time travel kill his parents or their parents and so on to solve the problem.

I thought about this recently, and his bones are adamantium right? Unbreakable? Well your spine is not a solid bone, there are spaces in between the vertebrae. IF you go to the neck and cut through one of those gaps, its possible to sever his head despite his unbreakable bones, thus killing him.
Suffocation by carbon monoxide. Nothing to regenerate that'll save him from an insufficient amount of oxygen.
I would make a diamond vat filled with a mixture of water and I think it's wither methane or hydrogen and dump him in it. The water would be too airy to swim out of and I don't think he can break the diamond walls, and if he can I'd make them out of something stronger. So he'd drown... I think...

they have shown many a time his capability to regenerate any wound and fight off any infection... however as show explicitly to his adamantite skeleton his body is incapable of removing foriegn entities.
by creating a wound channel from his heart to outside you cause him to have a slow agonizing death as his body litterally sufficates slowly. with each beat some of his blood is spilled forth, regardless of his regenetaive capabilities eventually he will not have enough blood to supply the oxygen to sustain the chemical reactions specific tissue and organs require to continue to function...
this effect could be done to any of the arteries or veins in the body and would produce the same effect (although to diffrent degrees and lengths accordingly)

Actually, I think that may work. His healing factor is based on his cells regenerating at an extreamly rapid rate. So, get him to near 0 kelvin and the cells will stop. Then you can smash it all up.Rule Britannia said:
