Stranglehold is one of those games that had great potential, and you could see what it was trying to do, but ended up falling short. What are some changes you'd make to it so that it's actually good?
My ideas:
-Take out the Tequila Time gauge, activate it any time I want, for as long as I want. It's disconcerting sliding down a railing and having it engage automatically only to run out before you get to the bottom.
-Implement a good cover system where you can actually shoot, Mexican Style.
-Actually have more options than run, slide and dive - stuff like wall runs (in slo mo while you shoot), the ability to stay crouched or crawl along the floor - generally everything necessary to actually stay out of the way of being shot, because it loses credibility when there are bullets flying from all angles and you try to dive out of the way and immedately pop back up from behind cover into the path of a bullet.
