6 years old.

True Crime Streets of LA.

My brother let me play it, and suffice it to say, it wasn't all that violent in retrospect, quite enjoyable too.

I couldn't understand a single thing in it though (at the time) as I could not understand English whatsoever.

I was about 3 years old when I started gaming in my mother's computer, which had a couple of shitty games. This was around 2002. A year later, a heart surgery made me incapable of doing sports, so I got full into these games. I also remember my aunt's computer having standalone emulations of Pac-Man and Zelda. However, soon I got a PS1 and started playing bad licensed games. This habit, along with a liking for flash games, kept on for years. Of course, I played some good games, but mostly unintentionally. However, one day, a couple of years ago, I got ahold of a video game magazine. This magazine hapenned to have a special article about PS2's (which I had) top 10 RPGs of all time. This included two games called Persona 3 and Kingdom Hearts II. I asked my mother to buy them for Children's Day, which she did. And that's when I actually became a gamer. I played Kingdom Hearts II first, thankfully after doing a lot of research. I was amazed. I had never played anything as good before. I started to do research and I stumbled upon a video game magazine caled Loaded (I'm from Argentina). And soon after that, when I learned to value the games I play, evaluate what to buy, and have at least some idea of what is going on with the gaming industry, that I consider myself a gamer.
