Well that sucks

How to explain my day. Spent the morning and a bit of the afternoon sulking and near on crying because my piano is dead. I haven't been able to play for months and months. Piano was a huge part of my life, been playing for over 10 years and had never gone a day without at least an hour or two playing on it. Then last year it completely died. Life hasn't quite been the same since :/ I know, I know, it sounds pathetic. I just don't like being without my piano. I haven't even been able to get a keyboard replacement or anything. I played some League of Legends to get my mind off it. Got another rejection email for a job. Now I'm waiting for my boyfriend to get back so we can play more LoL. Otherwise it's been an alright day.

Well I've been off work all week so I had an embarrassingly long lay in bed. Got up read for a bit, played some of The Witcher and Black Mesa, had curry for dinner. All in all just a generally lazy day.

Sorry to hear about you being mugged man
My day has been really good. I went to a friends house and four of us did Singstar. I am dreadful on the drums, so I was the singer. Also on my way home from school I went into the supermarket with my friends. I bought a six pack of coke and left. On my back I had my bag full fo school books. In my right hand the 6 pack. Left hand I have a bag with a jumper in it. My friend dared me to cleanly jump a fence thats just about above my waist. I did it loads of times before (with no added weight) so why not. I told him to video it so at least if I failed we would have funny video evidence.
So I take my run up, first foot over but my second foot hits and I fall on my face then ass.

Oh that, well don't worry it's happened to me in the morning too too but I had absolutely nothing that could be robbed when it happened, so I just shrugged it off, I'm rather lucky when it comes to muggings, even when it happens nothing is taken from me or done to me, my favourite ones was when I just pushed the mugger aside and told him I had no time and then mumbled the equivalent of "What an asshole", he didn't follow me, and yes he had a knife, my second favourite is when the mugger was a guy I used to go to school with and just said "Is that you XXX?" and then he started pretending he was just joking, good times.


OT: Not that well all I've been doing is remembering bad things and wondering if I'm actually a bad person.

You know when you start collecting " times i got mugged" stories , it's time to move to a new town... Or go to the gym .

OT. Woke up , travelled an hour to my ex gf's house to see my son , heard that their neighbor is a drunk racist old man ,( my son is 2 years old and half black and half white ) and that he yelled at my son , while drunk earlier this morning while he was outside .Furious, i knocked on his door ( read : almost broke ot down ) told him that if i ever hear about him yelling at my son for whatever reason , or if he dares approch or even touches a hair on my sons head , he'd have hell to pay. I think i scared him off , if he hates black people , i'll give him a reason to fear black people . Spent the rest of the day imagining scenerios where i torture him for so much as looking at my son funny .

Came home later , played some persona 4 Arena with a guy on the escapist forums user group ( lost the set 10-9) and i'm now playing xenosaga episode 2 .

But I just moved to this town this year, though I had lived here before 6 years ago, I move to a new town almost every year, sometimes I last less than a year in some places, it's just something that happens, but as I said it's OK, I never carry anything valuable with me.
