The whole thing is completely retarded. How hard is it to hook up a PC to a TV nowadays? (Some are built expressly for that purpose, running software like Windows Media Center and MythTV.) And they aren't blocked from Hulu.
Presumably, you can install Linux on a PS3, yes? And from a quick googling, it looks like Hulu is watchable on Linux. So I would suppose that is also not blocked.
And yet some lawyer or executive gets all bent out of shape when it's the PS3 or a Boxee unit? How is that different from any other browser? "Because they connect to a TV" is not the right answer.
