So yeah fairly self-explanatory topic, how have you ever managed to humiliate any of your teachers, or just get under their skin?

About halfway through Term 1 this year my English teacher asked the class "ok class everyone put your hand up if you like me" everyone put their hand up (most just to not make a scene) except me and my then girlfriend who usually spent the class just mucking around because the teacher (who was also deputy principle) was just such a *****. She went all red and acted like nothing happened, we were class heroes for a while.

Back in year 10 I was in my Bio class with my mate and our Asian teacher (who was cool) asked the same question everyone in the class put their hand up except my friend. The teacher queried as to why my friend did not like him and he simply replied with "you don't belong here" despite Australia being a multi-cultural country blah blah everyone found this extremely hilarious, except our teacher and my mate was punished in the end and ended up leaving school.

So fellow escapists how have you managed to humiliate your teachers?

Me and a teacher were debating the number of ways you could cut a cuboid in half, in year 8 geometry, I had a extra 1 (2 for symmetry) she was adamant I was wrong, so I cut my eraser during lunch with a knife and returned to her, she admitted she was wrong, argue with me, ha!

Well I once corrected my somewhat religious teacher when she made emphasis on 'theory of Evolution' because I explained that the word 'theory' in a scientific context means 'a logically well founded and scientifically tested model that can be backed up by research'. I mean I don't want to have a go at anyone's beliefs but that is was 'Theory of Evolution' is.

Not humiliate as such, but my year group made a teacher have a nervous breakdown.
So we definitely got under his skin.

Why would a teacher ever ask that question. I'm not saying it's not funny, but unless you're dead positive the class loves you and you know there aren't any smart asses in the class, you know somebody's going to keep their hand down. Must have damn good self-esteem.

I almost got suspended for telling the teacher "You can't teach, so go back to college, if you went one that is, and learn how" out loud, so the whole class heard.

Haha that's fair win, I heard that kind of shit daily at my primary school, one kid called the teacher a "fat mole" and walked out, funny thing is she was thin as a fucking stick.

I humiliated one of my highschool physics teachers. I feel bad about it now, but at the time, I knew exactly what I was doing.

I was having trouble with my homework one night, so I asked my dad (an aerospace engineer that now has his doctorate degree) to help me with my homework. When he told me that all of the answers my teacher had provided were wrong, he showed me the correct way to do all of the problems and fix my teacher's mathematical errors.

The next day when I got to class, everyone gathered around me because apparently I was the only one to have gotten any of the problems correct. When my teacher said that there was no way she could be wrong, I told her that she indeed was, and I worked a problem on the chalk-board. It was at this point that she screamed at me and ran out of the room crying.

She was nice, but I remember being very upset with her for insisting on teaching us the wrong way to solve physic problems.
