No, it isn't still Frankenstein. If that were the case you would refer to Alucard, Dracula's son, as "Tepes". As the last of name his father is Tepes as well.

But you don't. Instead you refer to him as Alucard. So referring to The Monster of Frankenstein as Frankenstein is twisting that logic.

But you cannot deny that Alucard is in fact also named Tepes. even if you dont say it.
calling him tepes would be a correct way of addressing him, just like the monster of Frankenstein.

I could see a single player game, maybe, but they would have to really put in some effort so it wouldn't come off as a cheap last gen. type of game. But an MMO? How many times can an online community kill the several movie bosses before realizing that everyone else has already done the same bloody feat? The monsters are already pretty basic, so what would they do, level up after a kill? Would the old-school Wolfman become the newer remake version with Anthony Hopkins? Would the old-school Dracula level up to an insane beast like from Underworld?
