I'm rather torn on this one. Suing the original uploaders, sure. Suing the individual 5,000 people who downloaded it? Might be overkill, but it's not like they didn't break the law. Your thoughts?

People who pirate things know the risks. It's not like it would be the first time someone got sued for pirating, and it won't be the last.

They should be happy that anyone liked that overrated movie at all.
