It seems that the team behind Hydrophobia are working hard. Just an hour ago they update the site (http://www.hydrophobia-game.com/Hydrophobia%20Press%20Release%20Final.doc [http://www.hydrophobia-game.com/] it's a press release).
The most interesting things I found on the document are these:
?HydrophobiaTM? has been developed using Dark Energy Digital?s own ?InfiniteWorldsTM? game creation system, which uses bespoke procedural technology.
So it will have procedural technology, and since I read some articles by Shamus Young I find this really intriguing per se.
Also:
"This allows for a AAA retail quality experience for a tiny fraction of the usual file size, pushing back the boundaries for downloadable games"
Other things: It will be a xbla exclusive, and it will be divided in (at least) three episodes.
