Hype-Zombies (Discuss)

OK so I felt it was necessary to discuss this before Fable 3 came out, a hype-zombie is one who foolishly buys into the hype despite obvious evidence to the contrary, case and point Fable 2, we all remember how Molnuex said that Fable 2 would be the best game ever maid, and that minds across the world would be blown, then it came out, AND THE HYPE-ZOMBIES RAGED, it was far from being the second coming that Molynuex had advertised, but it was still a good game overall. I could point out numerous cases of hype-zombie rage but I think the meta critic page for Fable 2 speaks for itself (http://www.metacritic.com/game/xbox-360/fable-ii). I am personally looking forward to Fable III and I will not use the words of Peter Molneux to judge this game's value, no I will compare it to the other 2 Fable games to see how it compares!

Fable was funny, had good combat, and was quite relaxing to play, which is what I like in rpgs, not super easy, but not super hard that you have to grind every 3 seconds.

Played Fable I and hated it (my person opinion) and have been that excited about playing II or III.

I never believe anything that Molyneux says, but hes like a puppy you have to go along with it.
But yeah I don't expect the greatest thing evar that he promises but I will expect a damn good game like the two previous Fables.

I never got into the Fable games. I thought Fable III might be good. Though like I normally do I will think to my self that might be a good game. Then not doing anything about it. I'm saved from being a "hype-zombie" because I'm lazy. Very simple and kind of sad. When Fable III is released I will let the dust clear before I make my choice if it's worth it or not.

Are the Fable games worth it? Storyline, gameplay, character development, overall quality. I have heard there're good but never reasons why.
